Whether houses, apartments or plots of land – give us a tip and benefit from our attractive referrer commissions.
How it works
- 1. Contact us via contact form, email or phone
- 2. We will confirm the referrer agreement, check the tip and contact the owner.
- 3. Your tip is successful, the seller benefits from our added value and the sale of the property is handled by us
- 4. After conclusion of the purchase agreement, we will transfer the referrer commission directly to your account.
Requirements
- The property is previously unknown to us and not stored in our system.
- The property is not yet being brokered or offered publicly. It must not come from the Internet, the newspaper or other publicly accessible media.
- The seller does not have a currently valid contract with any other broker.
- Our focus is on the greater Stuttgart area. In special cases, however, we are also happy to broker properties throughout Germany.
- The brokerage leads to a purchase agreement (successful notarization).
- The tip is legally compliant and is not based on unfair measures (e.g. deception, inadmissible cold calling).
- In the case of multiple tips for the same property, the referrer only receives the tip bonus once.
Note
If the referrer commission(s) amount to more than €256.00 per year, private individuals are obliged to tax them as other income in accordance with § 22 No. 3 EStG.
If you are active as a referrer more often than occasionally, the referrer commissions may be subject to VAT. In this case, please inform us so that we can transfer the commission correctly in terms of VAT.
Please ensure that the transfer of the personal data of the person concerned is permissible.
