Maile Immobilien was founded in 2003 from the family business Maile Hausverwaltung, which has been in existence since 1925.
Reliability, honesty and trust have always been the foundation for life and work in our family. Experience and expertise on the one hand, knowledge of human nature and living and working according to true values on the other, have made us a successful company.

The many positive reviews and references on Google, ProvenExpert and many more testify to numerous satisfied and sustainably happy customers.

I myself was born and raised in Stuttgart. I am already the 4th generation in my family to work in the real estate industry. A degree in business administration, real estate management, as well as the experience of my family give me technically sound knowledge to this day. A positive and goal-oriented attitude to life and work, as well as a large network guarantee the best possible results for our customers

A family business with tradition

In the 4th generation

Since its foundation in 1925, the name Maile has stood for competence and reliability in the real estate world.
What began with Fritz Maile in the Wilhelmsbau has developed over four generations
into a versatile family business

Fritz Maile

1925

In autumn 1925, Fritz Maile – after more than 25 years of working in what was then a leading Stuttgart real estate company – founded his own office in the Wilhelmsbau. The early years during the economic crisis and later in the Third Reich were arduous and marked by uncertainty.

Walter Maile

1955

On January 1, 1955, Walter Maile took over the company completely and shifted the focus from brokerage to property management. Compared to then, the number of managed buildings has multiplied. From 1959 to 1968 he was a board member of the Württemberg district association in the Ring Deutscher Makler and supervised the office as secretary.

Hans-Joachim Maile

1975

Hans-Joachim Maile joins the company. Until 2022, he headed the company Maile Hausverwaltung, which now manages and sells numerous properties not only in Stuttgart, but also in Berlin, Munich and Dresden. Maile Hausverwaltung has since been taken over by Daniel Maile.

2003

Michael Maile founded the company Maile Immobilien while still studying. Specializing in sales, rentals and valuations, it represents the sales arm of the Maile family business and has already celebrated its 20th anniversary.

Basically, we are on the road many times a day for our customers in the entire greater Stuttgart area (+ approx. 50km) and bring added value in terms of valuation, sale and rental of properties. We are very strongly represented, especially on the Filderebene with the suburbs of Sillenbuch, Heumaden, Degerloch, Möhringen and Vaihingen, but also in the rest of the area around Stuttgart as far as Ludwigsburg in the north, Tübingen and Metzingen in the south, the Remstal with Waiblingen and Fellbach in the east and via Böblingen and Sindelfingen to Herrenberg in the west.

The step towards owning your own property is often associated with considerable financial expense and risk. We are there after work and on weekends when prospective buyers want to view the property. This is rarely successful for private sellers. Leave us the often unpleasant part of the negotiations, so we can justify our broker commission twice or three times over through successful marketing and negotiation and finance ourselves practically by ourselves.
